Pre-COVID, many Associations relied on events to bring in revenue, most business was done in person, board appointments were based on years of experience, the same member benefits and traditions were offered year on year. Now, Associations must be future focussed, bring the whole community together in decision-making and governance models must represent diverse views. In other words, strive for new strategies, new people, new voices, new programs, new member benefits.
