XYZ University announces Australian tour,
development of AuSAE learning campus
MINNEAPOLIS—XYZ University LLC has announced the launch of an alliance with the Australasian Society of Association Executives (AuSAE), which will kick off with a two city tour in December. Sarah Sladek, CEO of XYZ University, and Heather Thomton-Stockman, Director of Training and Research, will travel to Sydney and Melbourne in early December, presenting a series of workshops and executive briefings on the future of membership and work to regional association and business executives.
“Globally, membership engagement and workforce engagement have declined since the year 2000, and now more than ever, organizations are needing to turn the tide to successfully engage the next generation of members, leaders, and employees,” stated Sladek, who is the author of five books on the topics of membership and employee engagement. “XYZ University is thrilled to be forming an alliance with AuSAE to deliver valuable information and tools to their nation’s leaders.”
The tour signifies the launch of an alliance between AuSAE and XYZ University, which will continue to deliver valuable training to the Australian market via live and recorded webinars, online courses, and annual events in cooperation with AuSAE.
AuSAE views the alliance as an opportunity to fulfill an unmet need. “Australian employers have reported increased levels of skills shortages in the past 3 years particularly in areas such Tourism, ICT and some healthcare professions. This will challenge our membership associations, industries, and economy in unprecedented ways,” explained Toni Brearly, CEO of AuSAE. “We have an opportunity to equip our association and business leaders with proven insights and tools on how to successfully engage people, survive in this era of disruption, and plan for the future. XYZ University is the perfect solution.”
