In 2015, for the first time in 34 years, Baby Boomers are no longer the majority of the workforce. The torch is being passed to younger generations, and this program was designed to equip them for the task.

Generation Y, also known as Millennials, have come of age amidst rapidly changing technology, dramatic economic shifts, and access to more education, globalization, diversity, and connectivity than ever before. So it’s safe to say that everything about the way this generation works and does business has changed.

This generation will be required to collaborate in ways that previous generations never did, navigating a multi-generational workforce with vastly different skills, interests, needs, and expectations. Yet, Gen Y has been largely misunderstood, mismanaged, and dismissed as difficult to engage by older generations.

This program will help young professionals understand why these stereotypes exist, and why their values, behaviors, and interests differ from those of their co-workers. They will gain valuable insights into what makes the other generations tick– including how to manage, motivate, inspire, and engage them.
