A Future-Focused Think Tank

Clients benefit from the insights of our in-house think-tank of young professionals.

While XYZ U is home to a team of innovative, experienced leaders, we haven’t lost sight of the fact that we need to continuously seek to engage young people and incorporate their future-focused perspectives in all we do.

It’s our mission, which is why we’ve invited a group of emerging (Generations X, Y, Z) association leaders to serve on XYZ U’s Next Gen Advisory Council.

The Council is comprised of people with a passion for leading, innovating, and saving their industries and associations from an untimely demise. They serve as a ‘think tank’ at XYZ U, sharing feedback and ideas with our clients on how to successfully engage younger generations of members or talent.

As a result, XYZ U’s clients benefit from our team’s expertise and they benefit from the additional insights of some notable young association leaders! It’s a win-win for everyone.
