August 14, 2017
4:00 PM
ASAE Annual Toronto MTCC - South Building, Room 715AB

The vast majority of associations report aging memberships, with the average age of members hovering at 52. It's a struggle to engage millennial members, but few associations have actually put millennials in charge of solving this problem. Hear the stories and case studies of associations in which millennials played a key role in the development of new membership strategies, management processes, member programs, communications, and marketing campaigns. The presenters will share their recommended engagement strategies gleaned from experiences working with other organizations ranging from nonprofits to professional sports teams to create strategies by and for millennials.
